Sierra had the best day of her short life yesterday...
at her cousin Annaka's 5th birthday party...
balloons, pizza, cake, gymnastics,her cousins, gram-PA... all the fun she could handle, and MORE
Every day is so joyful, I still remember every evening before sleep, to be filled with gratitude, and every morning, that I wake up, next to her bright smiling face, sets the morning sun upon my wintered day.
She is emerging so brilliantly, full of wonder and words... She loves to watch Shrek 1 and II and explain scene by scene what is happening, to me. " that the mommy, that Fi- Anna, that donKEY, that the naughT-ty KIT-TY, that SHREKKKK, that shrek brushing his teeeeeeeth ewwwwww".
For Christmas she received a large buzz lightyear action figure, and much to his chagrin and my endless amusement, she LOVES to tuck him into her doll swing, or take him for a long stroll in her doll pram. I swear, sometimes I think I can almost see buzz winking at me.
and suddenly, every moment, every DAY with her... becomes the best day of my life, so far.
