Secrets within secrets.

dear diary

Now I am the one with porcelin

secrets

deftly on display

inside my china cabinets.

Hidden behind glass,

look, but you can not touch,

touch, but you can not feel

know, but you will never understand

these are mine.

and someone else's.

and there is a sweet sweet deliciousness

to it all.

oh i am happy in spite of myself.

i could hear your heart beating

through all the thin blue layers.

pressing myself into the space

of the place where once

i came to rest.

and I am not caught

up in endings

or beginnings anymore

some things just ~are~

and nothing about us is perfection

nothing is whole or complete

but in that one soft fleeting moment

pressing myself into the deep blueness of you

i felt struck with the overwhelming power of utter contentment.

and all of the lingering in between is less than you need to know

because the ~secrets of the always wanting more~wish~ belongs to me. ( and you )
